Modern flat-roof home designed by a well-known New York Architect, located in a cul-de-sac of lovely Wilmington, Delaware. The owner is very much into art and has complimented his home with glass stair rails, large open areas, glass walls, and oversized doors. This multi-level, multi-dimensional home weaves you around nicely as it takes into new and excitingly decorated areas. The owner chose to do Crestron because of it's reputation and his ability to get rid of light switches and go strictly to touchpads and touchpanels that would allow him control of all areas of his home. As a frequent entertainer, lighting was an important part as we are able to hightlight his back courtyard and create moods in his open foyer. Crestron audio complimented his entertainment needs nicely.
